Prof. Datuk Dr. Hajjah Bibi Florina Abdullah

Prof. Datuk Dr. Hjh. Bibi Florina Binti Abdullah, the Pro-Chancellor of Lincoln University College, was the First Director of Nursing, Ministry of Health, Malaysia. She has also served as the Registrar of Nursing Board, Malaysia and has the greatest passion in changing the whole face of the nursing profession. She was instrumental in professionalized nursing as a profession from the diploma to the degree level. Undoubtedly, her passion in nursing field has been continually transformed to Lincoln University College.

Dr. Amiya Bhaumik

Dr. Amiya Bhaumik, Founder & President, Lincoln University College, Malaysia, is primarily from the field of Education. He has been an Executive Vice President of the International Education Consulting Group in St. Louis, USA, since 1999. Additionally, Dr. Bhaumik was a Research Fellow at UNESCO in Paris. During this tenure, he extensively travelled to Europe, Africa, Asia and Latin America. He has also served as a Professor of Business Administration at the University of Lucknow, India, the University of Malaya, Malaysia, and several other countries.

Dato (Amb) Dr. Mohd Yusoff Bin A. Bakar

Dato (Amb) Dr. Mohd Yusoff Bin A. Bakar is the Vice Chancellor and Chief Executive Officer Lincoln University College, Malaysia. He is also Deputy CEO of the Euroskil Vocational Trainince Academy (ETVA) from 2018 till date. He was the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Student Affairs) of Lincoln University College from 2014 for more than 6 years. He was the Ambassador in Ministry of foreign in 1981 till 2001. Dato Yusoff has been associated with the Ministry since 1975 in various countries. He has volunteered as Chairman of The Board an international charity organization from 2009 associated with Disaster and Humanitarian Relief Cause. In 2014 he was the Chairman of IBF Network Sdn.Bhd. In 2014 he was the Member of the Board of Directors of the Guidance Citizens Cooperation. In 2016 Chairman of Guidance Citizens Cooperation. Over the years Dato (Amb) Dr. Mohd Yusoff Bin A. Bakar has shown professional working proficiency with upright Leadership skills and administrative expertise.

Prof. Datin Dr. Hafizah Che Hassan

Prof. Datin Dr. Hafizah graduated as a registered nurse from College of Nursing, Penang in 1974. Prof. Datin Dr. Hafizah predominantly worked as a renal nurse where she specialized in Renal and Urology with a Certificate of Renal Nursing from the Beaumont Hospital, Dublin, Australia in 1987. Datin Dr. Hafizah has been working as an educator for 32 years. She obtained her Certificate of Advanced Diploma in Teaching from University of Malaya in the year 1982. In year 1993, Datin Dr. Hafizah obtained her BSc Nursing from University of Sydney, Australia. Datin Dr. Hafizah completed her Master of Education in the year 2000 from University of Malaya. Datin Dr. Hafizah completed her PhD in Health Sciences from Lincoln University in the year of 2017. Prof. Datin Dr. Hafizah has extensive experience in both undergraduate and postgraduate nursing education, and the development and improvement of curriculum in nursing education. Datin Dr. Hafizah has been actively involved as a program and curriculum auditor for Malaysian Nursing Board and Malaysian Qualifications Agency.

Prof. Dr. Zarina Awang

Prof. Dr. Zarina Awang completed MD from the National University of Malaysia (UKM) in August 1986, Master M.Ed. (Anaesthesia) from UKM in April 1994, M.Sc. in Health Care Management from the University of Wales, Swansea, United Kingdom in July 2001. She is a Lecturer in Pharmacology and Therapeutics in Lincoln University College (LUC), Malaysia. She is also serving as a Lecturer and Instructor Trainer for Basic Life Support, Advance Cardiac Life Support, Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) courses programme for Dental and Medical students at LUC. Dr. Awang’s clinical responsibilities include Managing Director cum Resident Anaesthesiologist at Kumpulan Perubatan Zazali Sdn Bhd, General Practitioner and Manager at Poliklinik Zazali, Taman Melawati, Kuala Lumpur, Visiting Anaesthesiologist Specialist at Hospital Maternity Naluri, Kuala Lumpur. She has a specialty in teaching in the fields of Anaesthesia and Intensive Care, Emergency Medicine, CPR, ACLS, PALS, Clinical Pharmacology & Therapeutics.

Prof. Dr. Zulkarnain A. Hatta

Prof. Dr. Zulkarnain A. Hatta is professor in Social Work with 37 years of experience in academic life, and presently works at Lincoln University College in Malaysia. Prior to joining Lincoln University College, he served at Universiti Sains Malaysia. He received his Doctor of Social Work in 2003 from Howard University, USA. He has been a Board member of the Asian and Pacific Association for Social Work Education (APASWE) since 2006, and in 2017 was elected as the President. He was also one of the Vice-Presidents of the International Association of Schools of Social Work (IASSW) from 2017-2021, a visiting lecturer at the Shukutoku University, Japan, visiting professor of Japan College of Social Work, a visiting scholar at Bandung College of Social Welfare, Indonesia, and consultant for the OECD Korea Policy center, South Korea. Presently, he is the Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences, Arts and Humanities at Lincoln University College.

Dato’ Ir Jamaludin Bin

Dato’ Ir Jamaludin Bin Non graduated from the University of Queensland Australia in 1982 and was immediately employed by MARA as Pegawai Technical in the Institute of Kemahiran (skilled) MARA. Realising that it was too early to be involved in an Administrative desk job, he joined PROMET Construction to build the 36-storey PROMET building in Jalan Sultan Ismail, K.L. There he gained hands-on experiences in steel and concrete high-rise construction and site management. All aspects of construction knowledge were introduced and applied. Upon completion of the building in 1984, he joined a company specializing in IBS Concrete panels and fabrication for the Housing Scheme in Port Klang. During his working days in Ingeback, he realized the importance of planning, scheduling and installation techniques for the completion of 1,100 units of apartments. Other factors were learned and applied such as cost control, logistics, technical details and management. The country was into recession in 1985 and Dato Ir. Jamaludin decided to start his own construction business in 1986 when jobs were scare and competition was high. This hardship was part of training to face challenges and trials to be better.

Seri Siantan Sdn Bhd. was established in 1986 and the first significant job was a subconstructing work at Pulau Ketam in 1988. It was building a small klinik (RM 1.5 million) off the coast of Port Kelang, 40 minutes boat ride. Although the challenges were mean it was determination and hard work that led to its completion in 1990.

Over the years, Seri Siantan Sdn Bhd has managed to complete various projects totaling over 500 million. There were ups and downs and numerous court cases but was able to withstand the onslaught and predicaments through hard work, tenacity and willpower to achieve its goal and success. It is hoped that many more challenges will be faced and Seri Siantan Sdn Bhd will no doubt maintain its strength and business principles through its vast experiences.

Prof Dr Abhijit Ghosh

Prof. Dr. Abhijit Ghosh is a member of the World Cultural Tourism Association as well as the Australian Institute of Management. Prior to joining Lincoln University College, Malaysia as the Dean of the Faculty of Business, Dr Ghosh, worked for Southern Cross University, Perth Campus, Australia as a Program Coordinator and Lecturer. He spent more than 5 years with the west Coast Institute of Management and Technology, Perth as a Lecturer and the Australian Institute of Export for their Graduate Diploma course, teaching and interacting with mature and working adults and international students. Dr Ghosh’s qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Management, a Master of Business Administration (MBA), a Graduate Diploma of Business (Management Studies), a Master of Commerce (Accountancy) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours in Accountancy).

Professor Dr. Faridah Mohd Said

Professor Dr. Faridah Mohd Said is currently Faculty of Nursing, Lincoln University College. She has many years working experiences in the area of clinical as nursing practitioner, public health nurse, academic as well as in management throughout her career in both public and private organizations, national and internationally. Her recent experiences included; appointed as Clinical Nursing Director in Madinah, Kingdom Saudi Arabia, Deputy Dean and Head of Nursing Postgraduate and Research in Lincoln University College and Head of Nursing Program in University Putra Malaysia. Actively involved with International Mobilization academically and upskill program. She has supervised many PhD students and many publications. Her research interest includes Community and Public Health, E-Health Promotion, Nursing Education and Quality Improvement Program (QIP). Her current research interest focuses on Patient Smart e-Health Education and QIP.  She was awarded Excellent Outstanding Quality Patient Safety Award in Madinah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. She received four RMC research grants as principle researcher and one grant as collaborator while in UPM, while one grant while in Lincoln University College. She was awarded Erasmus Mundus Scholarship to Portugal. Currently active as HRD Corp Trainer and Member of Exco members Asean Lecturer Community since 2021.

Mrs. Anita Abu Bakar

Puan Anita Abu Bakar is the Founder and President of the Mental Illness Awareness & Support Association Malaysia (MIASA Malaysia) and the Chairman of the National Advocacy for Mental Health Association (NAMhA). She is a strong and known advocate for Mental Health and social issues in Malaysia and internationally. She initiated the first Peer-led Mental Health Advocacy and Support Group in Malaysia. As Anita was born and raised overseas, she subsequently pursued her tertiary education at Tulsa University, Oklahoma in the United States. She obtained a bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, with a minor in Management Information Systems. Upon her return to Malaysia, Anita pursued a career path as an Investment banker, and worked in the corporate field for over 10 years. She also holds an MBA in Islamic Banking and Finance from the International Islamic University of Malaysia (IIUM). she established the ‘The Orchid Clubhouse’, Malaysia’s first Mental Health Crisis management and Activity Centre which is Peer-led and Peer-run. Anita also initiated the National Advocacy for Mental Health Association (NAMhA) in 2021, the first peer-based mental health alliance in Malaysia. Inspired by the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (UN CRPD). Puan Anita is also the Founder and Managing Director of Qaiser Darussalam Publications, which was founded in January 2013. On the 30th of March 2022, Puan Anita was the official selected winner of the Patient Champion for Science and Medicine award by the International Metrodora Awards hosted by the International Alliance of Patients’ Organizations (IAPO) together with title sponsor Viatris. Following her Metrodora win, Anita was invited to co-lead the Mental Health Forum in Geneva on the 5th of May 2022 as one of the panelists to discuss and present the topic, “Improving Access to Mental Health Care in Asia” from a peer approach and perspective. In 2023, Puan Anita, representing MIASA Malaysia, garnered recognition as the recipient of the prestigious Top Healthcare Management 2023 Award from Health Expert Magazine. Additionally, she was honored as the Productivity Champion (Leader) by the Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC) in 2023. Up to date, MIASA Malaysia has 130 Crisis team members, more than 2000 volunteers, and more than 1000 members across the nation and has helped more than 100,000 people from August 2020 who have reached out via the various platforms of MIASA. Since its inception, MIASA has conducted nearly 1300 programmes and more than 1000 programmes since the pandemic hit with an Impact Reach of more than 21 million people.

Prof. Dr. Mohd Shafry Mohd Rahim

Mohd Shafry Mohd Rahim is a Professor of Image Processing at the Faculty of Computing, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). He currently holds the position of Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic and International) at UTM. In addition, he serves as a Research Fellow at the Media and Game Innovation of Excellence (MaGICX) within the Institute of Human-Centred Engineering (iHuMeN) at UTM, where he leads initiatives in Image Processing and Applications Research. With a strong passion for innovation, he focuses on developing advanced image-processing techniques for emerging applications that enhance sustainability and improve quality of life. His research interests encompass various topics, including image enhancement, feature extraction, segmentation, recognition, detection, and classification, deep learning, computer graphics, computer vision, and digital media. Through his work, he aims to contribute to advancing technology and its applications in various fields.

Prof. Dr. Ir. H. Musliar Kasim, MS

Prof. Dr. Ir. H. Musliar Kasim, MS is currently the Rector of Baiturrahman University since 2016. He is also the Coordinator of the Research and Development Advisory Council, Sumatera Barat (2021 – 2026) and a Member of the Indonesian Higher Education Council (2012- 2025). He has held many other positions within and outside the University such as the Chairman of The Indonesian Association of Muslim Intellectuals (ICMI), Sumatera Barat (2018-2023), and a Member of the Indonesian Higher Education Council; Head of Andalas University Community Service Institute (LPPM) (2000-2002); Vice Rector for Finance Affairs, Andalas University (2002-2005); Rector of Andalas University (2005-2011); Inspector General of the Ministry of Education and Culture, Indonesia (2011-2011); Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Education and Culture, Indonesia (2011-2014); Acting Rector of Sam Ratulangi University, Indonesia (2014-2014); Comissioner of State-Owned Plantation Holding PTPN VIII (2012-2013); President Commissioner of State-Owned Plantation Holding PTPN XII (2013 – 2016). Prof. Musliar Kasim has received many awards and honors including the Dean Award as an Outstanding Lecturer; the Rector Award as an Oustanding Lecturer; the 1st Runner-Up Position as a National Oustanding Lecturer; and the Searca Award as the Outstanding Alumni.

Dr. Dita Hasni, M.Biomed

Dr. Dita Hasni is currently the Head of the Pharmacology Department – Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Baiturrahmah since 2019 and also Head of the Research and Community Service Institute, Universitas Baiturrahmah. She has held many other positions such as the Head of Community Service and Research Unit – the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Baiturrahmah (2019 – 2021); Editor – Health and Medical Journal, Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Baiturrahmah, Editor – Baiturrahmah Medical Journal (BrMJ); Member – Ethics Committee for Research, Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Baiturrahmah (2019 – present); Member – Student Assessment Committee, Medical Education Unit, Universitas Baiturrahmah (2021 – 2025); Member – Senate of Universitas Baiturrahmah (2022 – 2026); Member – Senate of Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Baiturrahmah (2021 – 2024); Reviewer – Farmatera Journal, Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara (2022). Dr. Dita has her Bachelor of Medicine and Professional Medical Education from the Faculty of Medicine, University of North Sumatra. Associate Professor Dr. Fatimah Yahya

Dr. Fatimah Yahya is a dedicated academic and seasoned professional with over 43 years of experience in clinical practice, teaching, learning, and management. Currently serving as the Dean of the School of Nursing and Applied Science, she holds a PhD in Nursing, a Master of Education, and a Bachelor of Health Science (Hons), alongside specialized qualifications in Paediatrics and Midwifery, as well as a Certificate in Teaching Methodology. Dr. Fatimah’s leadership expertise is underscored by her extensive background in curriculum development, student engagement, and fostering active learning in both clinical and laboratory settings. As an Academic Coordinator, she has demonstrated exceptional skills in creating instructional materials and collaborating with curriculum developers, educators, and nursing boards. Her international experience includes an attachment with the University of Hertfordshire, UK, where she contributed to the strategic management of quality assurance issues for the Ministry of Health Colleges in Malaysia. Having served as Deputy Dean and Coordinator of the master’s Program in Nursing at Lincoln University, Dr. Fatimah has a proven record of shaping the next generation of nursing professionals. Passionate about advancing the field, she frequently represents her institution as a guest speaker and advisor at national conferences and publishes research aligned with her expertise. In her current and previous roles, Dr. Fatimah Yahya has demonstrated outstanding leadership in managing academic programs, ensuring high standards in teaching and learning, and shaping the nursing curriculum. Her work as the coordinator for the master’s program encompassed overseeing the education, public health, midwifery, and research tracks, while also collaborating closely with faculty, staff, and students to enhance the quality and effectiveness of the programs. As Deputy Dean, she contributed significantly to the strategic direction of the faculty, and in her current position as Dean, she continues to drive innovation and academic excellence within the School of Nursing and Applied Science.

Ns. Riris Andriati

Ns. Riris Andriati, S. Kep., M. Kep., PhD, has been more than 15 years in the field of Nursing Science, Educator and Management of Education Institution. She obtained Bachelor of Nursing From Mitra Husada Kediri School of Health Science, Indonesia and completed the Master Degree of Nursing from Jakarta Muhammadiyah University, Indonesia in 2011. Mrs Riris provides research supervision to undergraduate students undertaking both qualitative and quantitative studies also published in several national and international journals Scopus Indexed. Ns. Riris Andriati was the former director of Nata Sampang Diploma of Nursing Institution (In Indonesia) more than 1 year and was the former of Nurse in Awal Bros Hospital in 2009-2010. Mrs Riris Andriati has been the member of many scientific professional associations such as Indonesian National Nurse Association (AIPNI), Indonesian National Nurse Association (PPNI) and The Head of Training Divition Medical Surgical Nursing Association.
He has won many research grants in Indonesia including Community Service Grants from the Indonesian Ministry of Education, Culture and Research and BKKBN for both the Beginner Lecturer Research Scheme, Fundamental Research Scheme and National Competitive Basic Research.

She has more than 8 years in the field of Nursing Science and Educator. She was be the best graduated Bachelor and Internship of Nursing From Gadjah Mada University, Indonesia in 2011 and completed the Master Degree of Nursing in the field of Child Nursing from Akdeniz University of Turkey with the achievement award the best graduated student with International Scholarship and The Best Research/Thesis Competition In Turkey.

She is also active member in Congress, Research Conference and Community Service. Ns. Rita Dwi Pratiwi, S. Kep., M.
